1. Municipal Drinking Water
- Ozone has been shown to be effective in a variety of drinking water applications including: disinfection, color removal, iron(Fe) and manganese (Mn) reduction, hydrogen sulfide removal, taste and odor reduction micro pollutant removal and improved filtration and flocculation of potable water.
2. Industrial Wastewater Treatment
- Ozone and advanced oxidation processes can selectively remove pollutants from industrial wastewater and process water, e.g.TOC, COD, BOD, cyanide, phenol, color among many other compounds.
3. Ground Water Remediation
– Ozone and ozone based advanced oxidation processes can be used for ground water remediation. It can be applied via in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) methods or by pump and treat methods
4. Odor removal
- Ozone can be used for sewage odor control and wastewater odor control by oxidizing contaminants from air at municipal
andindustrial plants.
5. Food and Beverage Applications
